Minutes & Bylaws or Operating Agreement

The initial Minutes are required to uphold the corporate entity and every action or decision of the company is recorded in the Minutes. The initial Bylaws of a Corporation are the rules governing how the affairs will be conducted. The initial Operating Agreement is the document that details the rights and obligations of the LLC Members as well as the distribution of income. The Minutes and Bylaws are for California, Nevada or Delaware, all other states use a "Universal" version. The Operating Agreement works for all 50 states.
